Why English?
I am bilingual English/Danish and the majority of my studies have been in English. As a child, I lived in India and I received my school education in English convent schools. I continued to read and speak English when my family and I returned to Denmark. This is a brief explanation of why I think I am more than capable of offering you counselling and therapy in English.
My opinion
Love is not enough, if it doesn’t show in your daily behaviour and actions
In my opinion, all human beings attempt to act responsibly and conduct their lives as good as possible. It can be a big challenge to conduct your life when you also have a partner and children to take care of. And sometimes, the challenge can be too great to bear alone. You have to bear in mind that you are not only a role model for your children, but also responsible for their future possibilities and their social behaviour. As any parent, I guess you sometimes have doubts about your parental skills. So take a close look at your child and be honest. Do you need a helping hand?
In your relationship with your partner, you are not only responsible for yourself but also for the possibility for mutual growth and development. It is therefore important that you and your partner have something to give each other and that it is valued. If your relationship is beginning to be destructive, it might be time to seek counselling. The aim could be to get back on track, or to break up in a decent and respectful way.
So, if you feel that you are losing control over your life, or that your relationship is becoming destructive, and when doing your best is no longer enough, you need help.
Feel free to call me and let’s have a talk about the issues in your life. If I think I can help you I will always give you a straight and honest reply so you can decide if you want my help or not.
